Sainsbury's were selling the Doctor Who story Robot reasonably cheaply, so I grabbed meself one yesterday.

Haven't had the chance to see it - maybe tonight - but I remember it fondly. :=)

Ok, so I somehow managed to pass another grading and now have green tags on my belt.

Am obv muchly chuffed, given the work I put in, but the grading itself was a toughie and I wasn't convinced that I'd got it.

.... is a bit too close to bloody home for comfort.

According to the Rant Mag, Chris Paterson will be seeing out his contract with Edinburgh Rugby. Apparently there had been some speculation that he was heading for the Rec over the summer to join Bath. Since his contract is up on 31 May 2008, one would assume he'll be joining the (nearly) mass exodus then.

Assuming Gridlock is aired on Saturday, then it will be the 727th ep of Doctor Who, thus beating the previous record of 726 episodes currently held by all flavours of Star Trek.

I really, really wanted to watch Remembrance of the Daleks last night, just to see Ace beat the crap out a Dalek with a baseball bat. Truly that was for Teh Win, even if in retrospect it does seem slightly silly. Also nitro-9ing the pepperpots to Skaro and back was fun ( Read more... )

In other news, we gots our kupso grading results on Saturday and I is now the proud owner of a yellow belt. Yay me.
