So, why, exactly, would I wish to buy it? I like the box?

Especially since, same eBay store, same eBay channel, is one for the same price, WITH software...

I'm somewhat relieved to note that this item currently has no bids, so apparently not everyone is as stupid as the seller. There are 13 hours to go, though, so perhaps there are some who are waiting till the last minute....

I noticed recently someone paid $200 for an Xbox BOX.

People are stupid. It's one thing if they're being scammed (i.e., the seller's not mentioning there's no system or software, that you're buying a box), but it's a whole nother level of duh when the seller makes it plain.
