Even if he didn't do this, he is enough of a narcissist (by the giant photo of himself he pasted up on whitehouse.gov earlier today, after saying it wasn't all about him, by the fake Pres seal, and by the "Office of the President-Elect" - which doesn't even exist - thing) that I'm sure he didn't mind when it was done.
