No, you weren't wasting your time, you were being busy. There's a difference, but sometimes it's hard to see what that difference is.

I hope your party is such a success, it would make Martha Stewart puke with envy. (Am I classy, er whut?)

Thank you. Joe is injecting the turkey with spices in preparation for deep frying. I am debating facing the stores on Christmas Eve searching for a tart pan or changing the "tart" to "pie" and making do. I will probably get myself dressed and at least check the local Target.

My table is lovely - I have the formal china, flatware, and Waterford out, but I forgot to get pine boughs for a centerpiece. Can you believe it?
