This may be the most perfect thing ever. I almost didn't want to read it right away so I would have Kurt finding out to look forward to later.

Thanks an so happy you liked it.

I've been dying to write Kurt's reaction for ages.

<33333333333333333 I love this. I love that Kurt didn't freak out too much. I love that Puck kind of knows and doesn't really care because of the bro code. I love 'in love with the idea of love', and that in reality he's pretty calm and nonchalant about it, and Kurt is totally taken back by it. And Will's metaphorical neon sign that nobody sees. AND AWKWARD BLOWJOB ADVICE IN THE DARK.

It's hella epic.

I loved writing Kurt's non-freakout as I honestly believe that once he got over his 'why didn't you tell me!' hurt feelings he'd be relatively reasonable (while still reserving the right to murder Will and make it look like an accident.) I think that by this point in my little universe he and Finn are close enough that he can recognize when the boy means serious business. And what better way to say 'I love you and want you to be happy' than awkward blowjob advice in the dark?'

If I ever manage it, I would love to write Puck and Finn having a big not talking about it talk of awkward emotionally backwards teenage boy-ness about Finn's newfound manlove.

Is it wrong for me to only be focused on, "Oh! Finn is going to give Will a blow job!" for most of the fic (since the part where Finn casually mentions his friend wanting to try it on his boyfriend)? "Cause that is pretty much what happened. Yeah, hard to believe I am married and have a 3rd grade child ( ... )

Is it wrong that I cackled with glee at the idea of someone only being able to focus on the potential blowjob? Which I do plan on writing.

Eventually.

Sorry if Kurt's initial reaction bugged but like you said, he hasn't been witness to all that has happened between Finn and Will. We know they're love is true and right and good, but from Kurt's pov it's going to seem a little bit off.

As to Finn's new 'favorite Beatle', it's a combination of Will's wonderfully compelling argument and him knowing that saying something like that would make Will smile.

And he loves it when Will smiles.

So I was thinking (yes, a week later, still thinking about the blow job) that Will and Finn love to watch classic movies. Finn has got to at least suggest watching the movie "Deep Throat". Wasn't it determined to be the only X-rated film to be shown in a wide-release in movie theaters?

Midnight Cowboy.

X-rated movie that was not only wide released in theaters, but also ended up winning Best Picture.

And as cringe inducingly awesome as it might be imagining Finn and Will watching Deep Throat, it's actually the anti-sexy porno.

70's cinematic realism=a lot of fugly people getting naked.

My friends and I found this out when we rented it once as a joke (please don't judge me for watching porn as a group activity. It's not as creepy as it sounds I swear.)

Don't worry, you will get your blowjob fic eventually.

I want to write it as much as you want to read it.

This totally reminds me of the other Winn story you wrote where Finn called Kurt his gay Obi-Wan, only better. You have Kurt's half-bitchy-half-caring voice down perfectly; I'd love to see you write more Puck/Kurt (yours was excellent).

It was so cute how Will won Kurt's approval without actually knowing that he was doing it, and while the ending was all kinds of awkward it was also really sweet, and somewhat gross if you consider the brothers aspect of it (the thought of asking siblings for advice like that makes me want to ingest bleach). Great update!

(And, more than anything, thank you so much for correcting Rachel; that mistake annoys me so much, and so many people make it -- I just loved the fact that it was A) Finn who shut her up, and B) the catalyst that led to Kurt accepting Will!) And just out of curiosity, which version of "Layla" do you like better -- the original Derek and the Dominos rock ballad or the totally smexy Eric Clapton "Unplugged" acoustic version?

Thanks! I love writing bitchy but still loving Kurt. Especially when he's all overprotective of his adorkable Sasquatch of a step-bro.

And Finn asking for sex tips, it's just walking that line of 'aww' and 'oh, honey, no' that pretty much defines Finn for me.

IT DRIVES ME INSANE WHEN PEOPLE THINK 'SOMETHING' IS A LENNON/MCCARTNEY SONG!!!!!

George Harrison is so criminally underappreciated it makes my heart hurt.

Which version of Layla depends on the mood. If want to rock out to a totally awesome guitar riff, then yeah I'm all about the Dominos version. But if I want to just to feel really sexy it's all about the acoustic.

Either way it's a fantastic song and I love how you can just hear Clapton's guilt and longing and angst and want and need in every note.

Damn, what was it about Patti Boyd that inspired such men?
