There is nothing like snail mail to make one feel special and loved! Today, I got a package from flyakate. It is a rather belated (or very early) May Day package, which includes an opaque container, many flowery things, and the cutest little beribboned wooden hoop (like those old fashioned hoops people used to whack around with sticks for fun, you know

Oh good, it arrived! I mean to sneakily sent you a comment that you were getting a package, and then with all the hullabaloo of flying to NYC (and now leaving in 16 hours, ew, wish I could stay longer and come visit!) I forgot. So... surprise?

Yis! I am especially enamored of the Children's Lit class. I just spent the morning in Caribou Coffee doing some of my reading and now I'm all bouncy with excitement. :)
