I eat more fat than I should. I would like to see the percentages of my calorie intake shift toward more protein, less blubber.

My weight is holding steady for the 3rd day in a row. I'd wish for the scale to move already, but it may go in the wrong direction.

Push-ups yesterday means sore lats & shoulders today. It feels good.

It's really hard to get anything done with chronic stomach pain. Maybe it's just gas. Gas can be dealt with easily.

My new breakfast has almost 40g of protein and hardly any carbs. Primary side effect: mid-morning woozyness. Good thing I'm not driving.

Grady is very needy today. He wants on my lap when I'm sitting & to be picked up when I'm up & around. I swear I don't neglect him. I swear.

Sunday night, I've cleaned all I feel like cleaning, staring at a screen hurts. Maybe I should clean a little more - you know, to stay busy.
