i definitely disagree with the notion that writing a blog means you deserve unwanted attention and harassment. its kind of the same thing as saying if a grrl wears a short skirt she deserves to be raped.

in both instances, i think there's a fundamental understanding that you need to be aware of what you are putting out there, but to say it means you get what you deserve is ridiculous to me.
