Is there any sort of collection of information in regards to either the Inner City or to what lies beyond the outer Wall?

Haven't got a collection but I went outside the wall, looked around. Looks like some kind of crazy mishmash of everything out there, and some unnatural... Storms. I dunno, unstable rifts in the universe? I didn't get too close.

I couldn't say, I've never quite seen anything like them in my life. Mapping them would be pretty impossible.
