This is officially a happy moment, as looks like I and Will the Red will get the secluded house we'd wanted (sadly just to lease).

It's about 10 minutes from the UMD campus, nicely wooded and secluded, quiet, perfect place for two graduate students plotting their eventual world domination, right?

It's possible, though I'm kinda remote from any bars and more likely to consider bringing the bar home.

I thought you were close to UMD? I thought every campus had bars nearby. Or coffeeshops at the least.

I am, but not walking-distance close. So the bars are still do-able, but not uber-convenient.
