burn advice request

this is silly lol but does anyone know what i can put on a mouth burn?

last night i took szc001 (hmph) out to eat and the cheese off the pizza got glued to the roof of my mouth until i eventually managed to peel it off.

it hurts rather majorly. does anyone know how to hurry up the healing process? i wouldn't normally bother but this is huuuge :(

don't take anything salty or anything with tomatoes... maybe milk will help...

as difficult as it may be, dont stay rubbing the roof of your mouth with your tongue.. it'll only make it worse... stick to cool drinks but dont go for freezing cold stuff

I'd suggest maybe sucking on ice cubes. I know that's what we recommend at work for people who've burnt their tongues (it happens!). Other than that, just lay off anything spicy or really hot for a while.

I'd swig some listerine every now and again too-- because if it's burnt it's easier to get infections...

it'll hurt bad though
