I don't think there are any New Feathers I need to introduce myself to, but I'll do it anyway, just in case. My name's Vyse, I'm the Captain of the Blue Rogues. We're one of the groups dedicated to keeping the villagers safe from both inside and outside threats. If you want to join our cause, just let me know! We're always looking for new members

The 'Villain Filters' list.

-- A while ago, Vyse was given a list by Yuri Lowell. This list contained several categories of 'villains' here in Luceti, as well as instructions on how to filter against these specific categories. As of now, the list hasn't been distributed yet. Vyse's plan is to keep this list limited to the defense groups, because we don't want just any New Feather (or even Old Feather) using this information to help other villains hack into the filters. Villagers can ask for the filter instructions if they want, but only trustworthy people with good reasons will actually get their hands on it.

The list is going to be passed around in this meeting, so everyone can have a good look at it. Then, Vyse will take it back for safekeeping. If everyone agrees, the list will be passed on to representatives from the other defense groups and Raine will be asked to make a quick mention of this list's existence in the New Feather guide.
