What exactly do the Blue Rogues do? [He had heard the group name from someone else, and now he was curious.]

We aim to keep the villagers safe, basically. If there's a loon on the loose, we'll try to catch him. If there's some sort of crisis, we'll try to keep order. Of course, the Blue Rogues aren't the only ones in charge of this stuff. We work together with some of the other groups too.

Police... I've heard that word before. But from what I've gathered, police work in accordance with the law, like knights. The Blue Rogues are more like freelancers. If we see a need to step in, we step in.

Not to ruin the party or anything, but they're gonna come back, penalty and all. You think they'll be planning anything, or if they got any allies we should be lookin' out for too?

I haven't heard anything about allies so far. Not even Sephiroth wanted too much to do with them, from what I've gathered. We'll definitely have to keep an eye on those two, though. They could just be out for revenge when they return.

They say the Blue Rogues defend the village. What do you defend it from? Are there monsters here as well?

I haven't seen any actual monsters around here. Nah, we defend it from people. Every so often, a villager with a few screws loose stirs up trouble and has to be taught a lesson. I think if there's ever a natural disaster like an earthquake or something, we'd step in to help too. ...And that's just threats that come from inside the barrier.

So this village is not as peaceful as it seems. There are some captives who cause trouble for the village? That bodes ill.

You'd think they'd keep quiet now that we're all in the same situation, but those kind of people just aren't satisfied unless they're causing trouble for others.
