I've spoken to a few people since arriving and some interesting information has come to light. Apparently the country of Latvia or someone like that is going around claiming to be the Rail Tracer

I would take Denmark's stories with a grain of salt. It's an amusing joke, but Latvia doesn't claim to be the Rail Tracer.

This story was already circulating when I arrived, but I think he heard about the Rail Tracer from someone else and just assumed that Latvia was it.
