Seconding the above. Eat something that makes you happy, or have a cup of tea, and watch something you like. Basically, just try and get your mind off of whatever's making you unhappy and have some fun.
Play a video game. Go to 4chanarchive, since they only archive the really good threads. Um... Eat really good food. Wander around the house, lmao. Also, good music, or music you haven't listened to in forever. Go to playlist.com and search for stuff, you can find anything. Better than downloading the embarrassing guilty pleasure stuff. :3
