*happysigh* This was wonderful. Angsty at first, with the weight of the expectations Rick placed on himself and poor Rusty with the "look, but no touch what you're so sure you can't have." Then sweet and just lovely and I love that last line.

Just noticed something while reading...Seems like there's a word missing at the beginning of that sentence.
Other than that, I loved it. So quiet and sad at first, but it got brighter towards the end. To me at least.
And his lips were as soft as I thought they would be.
