Marvel Avengers Alliance is the only reason for facebook to exist. There is too much shouting at each other and not nearly enough actual conversation for my taste.
It is a pretty fun game on facebook. You get to be a SHIELD agent and work with Iron Man, Hawkeye and Black Widow. The others are available too, but you have to unlock them. It's a time waster, but a good one.
I wouldn't know about this. Facebook decided to remove everyone from my Friends list. The only posts that show for me right now are my own. Maybe those voles were chewing on the wiring...
If I didn't know it would cause stupid amounts of drama among my D-land friends, I would totally delete it. I'm mainly holding onto it now in case I need to look for a job, since more employers are looking at people's online profiles before they hire them.
Ugh I know this quandary. Thankfully, due to my security clearance being in process I've minimized my presence. I don't delete it because itll look suspicious why i deleted it; so I've been posting photos of my dog, makeup and fandom lol. I also put an embargo on what pics my friends mat post of me/they cannot tag me without my permission- diva, yes, but I am very leery of my friends' "control" of my online persona =_=''.
Some days I just want to delete the bloody thing, but then I look at my cousins who live far away and I realize that FB is my only interaction with them beyond the phone :(. Damn you, Zuckerberg!!!
I do the ten minute rule: I'd I see something, I wait ten minutes, to see if I still care enough to respond. This has saved me from a lot of drama llamas from friends who think my wall is a debate forum >_> *snuggs* ♥
Why wouldst thou be a companion of trolls and 13 year-olds? I am myself irritated honest, but yet I could acquire myself such things that serve well the fangirl nature borne unto me: I can find fangirls, fanfic recs, podfic posts, with more gifsets at my beck than I have qeuespace to post them, strength to give them feels, or time to see them all!
(I kind of spent a ridiculous amount of time on that. I should be working. Help!)
