1. I'm in favor of anything that helps people become healthy or fit. The word "overrated" needs to be taken into context and is certainly open to interpretation.

Inclined to agree with you.
I used to date this girl who was really into her judo. Before weigh in, if she was over, she'd wrap herself in gladwrap underneath her tracksuit and go running. Until she'd completely dehydrated herself. Lose about three kg's in a very short space of time. I don't recommend it tho.

I know of that technique. It is okay if you do it for a short time before a function. Once in a very long while only. Otherwise, yeah. i liked the opinion the guy has on many things, except maybe detoxing. Then again, detoxing the correct way has nothing to do with fancy vitamins/pills. Also, One does it for one day, two tops. Not a week.

I mostly agree with that except that I find doing using a swiss ball helps me to do squats against a wall where normally I owulnd't be able to becuase of the pressure on my back. I do beleive that you can overuse a swiss ball though and that you should stop once you get fit and strong enough.

Well, as the guy set, it has to be within context. Most people for example still use it even though they have no health problem.
