Weird, it seems like my issue has been resolved between testing it once I logged on to my work laptop and trying again 5 minutes later to see the error code. Hmm, most interesting

Maybe there's radio interferece from something there. I dunno what frequency the car remote uses, but there might be intereference from a cellphone mast, or iBurst/Neotel/whatever transmissions.

That what I also suspected that something is interrupting with the communication between the key and the system in the car, I had not seen any evidence to it, but I wonder if it is possible to get to the centre management and give someone a hard time.

Yeah, I've had this happen, shortly after a new police station opened. There's tons of radio/infrared/mobile phone/TV booster/transmission masts at the top of our town, and one more was enough to knock out the PLIP on my car. There have been numerous complaints to the town management, but feh, someone's paying to have that transmission mast up, so what's a few local car-owners' complaints against that.
