Not gonna go into the Heath Ledger thing, since it seems everyone's flists have exploded from the news. I found out because they said it on the radio while I was driving to the library. It's a tragic thing, and even moreso because it looks like it was drug-related. Seems to be how most actors go these days though, sadly. ;___

I've checked CNN's updates periodically... "over-the-counter sleeping pills," it says. You don't accidentally OD on diphenhydramine. It's a challenge to do it on purpose, even.

Anyway... dude, three years ago was almost constant rain; this doesn't compare. I hope I didn't just jinx it.

Well, he's still dead.

And I sorta hate on-off rain more than constant rain. Because now I don't know WHAT the weather will be like. Just a few days ago it was pretty warm. Pssst. 3 years ago I was in SF, and the rain is worse there. :P

Ah, that's right... three years ago I was bussing from the Valley to Century City to Marina Del Rey. Felt like I was always getting rained on, and sloshing through ankle-deep water.
