Michael Jackson is dead. R.I.P.

No matter what you personally think of him, I still enjoyed his music while I was growing up. He was a great artist even if he touched little boys. And he died at 50, which is still young. For some reason, I always thought he'd live to be 100 or something ( Read more... )

Oh, that's right. I guess we have the three then. Though, it seems that there's been a lot of tragedy lately. I hope it's not a sign. :/

Yeah, dad just told me it's confirmed he died. LA Times reports paramedics found him in a coma, then two paragraphs later says he was discovered in full cardiac arrest.

I totally didn't see that coming.

CNN reported that he had a heart attack, then went into a coma, then died. His family was able to get to the hospital while he was still comatose, I think.

I listened to his music a lot growing up, too. It's sad that his death will likely overshadow anyone else's for a while.

Well, he was very influential. A lot of people now have known him and his music literally all their lives (like me).
