[It's Friday night in Chicago. Most college students would be out partying, or at least up to no good. What's Heero doing? ... Running his dailies in WoW. Of course, he'd be doing something more in-depth if he didn't have to put up with Erin in a few hours, but he'd rather have all of his energy and wits about him with things involving her. [Duo had actually hesitated before calling. He wasn't sure that he wanted to hear that Heero was busy - again. What was with that, anyway? It's Heero. He's not supposed to be busy all the time. Of course, as soon as he realized that he was avoiding calling his best friend because he was afraid of getting a "no", the phone had to come out. Duo Maxwell was not going to be afraid of a phone call, at least not of making one. Besides, he didn't have any reason to be so bugged by this, right? It was Heero and it was a good thing that the guy was hanging out with people. Just, did he have to do all of his hanging out when the two of them could be hanging out?]

[Heero is a little wary of the lack of excitement in Duo's tone, but a phone call is a phone call. If Duo has something he needs to say, Heero has no doubt he'll get around to it.
