"You kidding? I don't want to burn the place down," Sam smirked in response as he got in the passenger seat of the Impala.

[ooc: yay! And yes Sam loves having a Dean around, anytime really. The writer of his Dean is MIA without internet for who knows how long. He's happy to talk to Deano]

"Good. Always knew you're a smart kid." Yeah, Dean was being a jerk. What else was new? "We only burn stuff when we mean to."

And yeah, it was still to come, the moment when Dean would register that it was alright for Sam to drive him in the Impala too. Maybe he'd get there, one of these days.
... at least he let him drive around in her without him? That was more than nothing...

ooc: *grins* And *sighs* yeah, I know. We miss her too. This one is a lot newer, but to judge by how loud he is? You couldn't guess. And hee! And haha watch the Winchesters pretend that things are ok to each other. *facepalm* At least for a day.

Sam rolled his eyes at Dean and leaned his head back against the seat. He didn't mind being the passenger more than the driver. It was kind of where he belonged. The seat was all contoured to fit his butt by now...or something.

"Except when I get a hold of a lucky rabbits foot," Sam smirked.

ooc:She's doing alright, just not internet alright. I talk to her on the phone sometimes. I think Dean is loud, no matter who's head he's in? He's just a loud muse. Of course they'll act like things are ok for the day. They're Winchesters. Talk about it? What?

Dean might one day recall that they'd taken turns! Once upon a time. He'd even slept in the passenger seat and all - but then. Sleep wasn't all that welcome, these days.

For now, he was driving.

At that comment, he looked sideways at his brother, one eyebrow going up. "Huh. Is that a hint that you've lost a shoe again? Or you need new boots or somethin'?" And yeah, he was kind of smirking too, at that.

Most of what they lived through... was fair game of being made fun of. And a few of the things they didn't live though. It made things easier. ... marginally.

ooc: *nods* thanks. I see her updates on the mun journal, but yay phonecalls! And yeah, I guess he is. And hahaha! yes. Even if this one got to learn about Sam's 'walk' from a Ruby. Pie is sacred. They do not fight when there's pie.
