Surgery is complete and I'm at home. No complications. I hurt... a lot, and it hurts to breathe, but I'm alive. Just a quick note as I'm very sore and very tired.

Thank you very much! I've never felt pain like this but it'll be worth it. You've been missed. Been so so busy

I'm glad you're doing okay. Remember: the pain is temporary. And it's the most annoying thing in the world right now to hear (says the girl with the 7 inch scar across her stomach), but it's true. Just remember to take your pain meds regularly and you'll be fine.

I believe it. The pain is actually a little better today. It's still TOTALLY there, but it'll pass in time. I find I'm able to get in and out of bed a bit easier already.

I didnt update but a couple weeks ago they changed the type of surgery. He wouldn't do the other one due to some weird issues with my blood (which I have to be referred to somsone to get to the bottom of) this surgery (Lap Band) was much less invasive so the healing time is much less. About two weeks.
