RUDE! how rude! I totally hated the rude ass who commented on one of my Jaylee fics...and the bugger didn't have the balls to leave their name, either! At least when they're not anon you can hate them a little more directly...
I simply can't imagine the thought process someone would go through to justify leaving something like that on a work of art! Like ANYONE would turn up their noses at MORE of your writing (hee). You go ahead and be aggressive, girl, because I love the new direction and I love the new chapter (I refuse to call it an epilogue, I'm desperately claiming it as a CHAPTER OF THE STORY TO COME) and I can't wait to see where it goes.
and if Jayne winds up with Kaylee to spite the boob who so sorely pissed you off, I'll do a little dance along with my cheer.
rule #1: I don't write things to spite people. My writing happens because it's supposed to happen.
rule #2: Just because I was going to write it like that in the first place, doesn't mean I can't enjoy the fact it *IS* going to spite her, spite her all to hell.
Thank you for saying so many kind things. You're so sweet to me.
You know, I'm a die-hard Mal/Simon 'shipper. Don't want anyone else near either one of them! *g* But, I read Mal/Jayne and sometimes Jayne/Simon (depending on who writes it), and I would never dream of leaving a nasty comment! Get a grip people! If you don't like the 'ship--don't read it!
I'm sorry someone was so rude to you. You write so wonderfully, no matter the 'ship, that it just amazes me someone could be so immature! So, rant away then take a deep breath and let it all go. *hugs*
That's just wrong... on many levels. I mean, there are so many better ways that could have been handled (by the feedback person). So sorry, sweetie.
BUT THIS: 'cause you won't like where this bit will end. I gaurandamntee it. I know you're feeling all aggressive, but damn if that doesn't make my giddy with anticipation.
I still think you're the key to showing the 'verse that Jaylee works - no doubt about it.
Don't tell anymone, but I'm kinda partial to the River/Jayne myself. (shhhhhhhhh). Even if we all know Jayne and Kaylee is the only way.
I just don't know what it is about Simon/Kaylee shippers, I have yet to meet one that is remotely mature. I think... I think they're all swept up in the 'romance' and overwhelming sweetness of S/K that they can't see the inherent problems of it.
HEH. My only problem with Jayne/River is after the whole Ariel thing, I'm not sure she could trust him. Yeah, she can read his mind...but still. I like Jayne with Kaylee, 'cause they both bring out the trust and warmth that is part of both of them. *wibbles* This is your fault!
Simon and Kaylee....puh-lease! He's a boob! Ok, that's my problem with it. HE's not good enough for her. He's not. I love Kaylee, which I say about very few people, I might add. Simon is a jerk. *throws sharp objects at Simon*
But I just cringe at the Mal/Kaylee shippers. Honestly that's taking "incest" to a new level. Technically it's not...but he's so her big brother that there is just no way around that.

How any of the girls remain satisfied is a mystery (never fully explained - and gah, where the hell did Phantom come from just NOW?).
Nasty comments are *so* highschool (*hairflip*).

You're right, there are so many other ways she could have dealt with that, but to just put it like that. Grrrr.
You keep anticipating, things will happen when they're ready.

You know, I re-wrote the ending to one of mine, 'cause I had originally put Jayne with River. And that just was not right.
*kisses you* Simon/Kaylee people should just go play with others of their own kind.
