A group of autoimmune disorders or infections that cause inflammation of the blood vessels. That can affect your organs and occasionally cause paralysis. One of the more common types is, and can I get a drumroll here, Lupus.

I'm having sudden Man-Wolf flashbacks here, but I doubt that's what Lupus actually entails, somehow.

No, no. Not...really. Lupus erythematosus. It's a sometimes fatal autoimmune disease. The immune system attacks your cells and tissue, which results in damage. Patients present with alopecia, mouth and nasal ulcers, and lesions on the skin. There is also, occasionally, renal and neurological damage/failure.

Very little massive hair growth. I think you're thinking of Hypertrichosis.
