Well, that's two votes for me doing it.

As to the other, I"ve seen some cute fanart of it, but to me, it's two different mediums. That, and the art isn't usually implying that they're a couple. I'll admit there may be some (haha, if I didn't have a bit of a headache at the moment, I'd go through the Japanese fansites I know of that have that pairing.
