So Hubby's work is having a pot luck this Friday and I was volunteered to make cookies ('cause apparently everyone on his team loves my cookies... So I'm going to be making a batch of dough for that (I can generally get about 100 cookies out of a batch of dough), and he told them I'd make chocolate chip And peanut butter ( Read more... )

I have two words for you... Food Projects. When your kids are in school, you'll get about 6 hours notice that you have to bake 6 dozen cookies or make a gigantic pot of West African Peanut soup or Japanese Red Bean soup with mochi... I kid you not, these are just a few of the things I have had to make. In fact, last night, I baked 3 pans of Japanese Coconut Mochi and woke up at 5 am to cut and pack them for Ezri's class.

Yup, the joys of motherhood.

If I lived anywhere near you I'd come help but I'm sure I don't and have not figured out teleporting I can't help but good luck.
