It depends what side of the scale he is on. All I can tell you is to treat him with care and to not get too upset with him. It's harder for us to get cues so sometimes we get caught in our own heads and thoughts, and we don't really notice what is going on.
We are clumsy so you have to have not be afraid to wait. But don't treat us so differently than any other human being either because we are people too.
I didn't talk to my sister myself so I don't know the whole story. But as far as I know it seems like he's probably just barely on the spectrum. But there are a few 'personality quirks' that he has that his dr. attributed to Asperger's.
