Hubby said that since we're getting a decent amount back from taxes we both get to treat ourselves to anything (within reason) we want. My first thought was:

What is the least costly Con for someone on the East Coast?Cause when I mentioned going to a con as the thing I'd want he was all *thinky face* 'we'd have to look at the cost

Hmm, if you're talking SPN con, which are pretty much exclusively put on by by Creation, they all cost about the same, depending on how far you have to travel and how long you stay, how many roomies you get. I think there's one in New Jersey and one in Chicago. Other than that, I don't know. Once I realized I'd never be able to afford one, I stopped paying attention. Though, I would pick one sooner than later, as the prices seem to go up every time they announce a new one.

I'm considering looking into the Jersey one, as that's really the closest (unless WinCon is gonna be in Baltimore again). I'd definitely need roomies and would prolly only be able to be there Saturday and Sunday.
