The Hubby has decided to go back and watch old episodes of StarGate: Atlantis, and he's back in S1 now. So he turns to me and says 'Can I ask you a question about your slash?' I of course said yes, willing to see where he was going. He says 'Is there any out there about McKay and Zelenka?' to which I said yes, of course. He then proceeds to tell me ( Read more... )

The hubby is awesome!

I've turned mine into a J2 shipper based on the whole "thinking about you" thing... :)

It's not a pairing I've ever written, but it's definitely one I can see. The episode when McKay brings Zelenka back from the dead pretty much...

Right? It's because they are too much alike, working in the same field and all. And we like our fic with a little bit of conflict, I think.

I've seen a couple of fic's for the pairing and I was totally stoked when Hubby said he could see it.

Rodney/Radek is actually a very popular pairing; I think it is 3rd behind McShep and Rodney/Carson. Me, I could never R/R, altho I can see R/C, even tho' I don't read it.

I figured it was probably up there in popularity. I just about died when Hubby admitted that he could in fact see possibilities for it.

Slash = love, especially when non-slashers start to see it.
ILU bb! Congrats on your battle won :)

I know, right? I'm really kind of proud of him for being able to admit he sees it.
