hey Lea $510 a month is pretty good for all utilities except electricity and really thats not much at all a month. I think you could pull it off. I have faith in you!

I talked to several people about it...Eric is still skeptical...so is Tanja...but Mom is convinced I can pull it off, which is surprising. I'm not finding a whole lot of decent places in the area for less that $400, and my sis lives in Milwaukee, goes to school, and still manages to pay for her $625 one-bedroom.

In either case, I'm damn determined. I've been online for two solid days looking for jobs, and come hell or high water...I am GOING to find one. So there. tehe. ^_^

I managed $450 a month +utilities in Seattle (which was an INSANE deal, though not nearly as nice as the apartment you're talking about), and I had to drive 30 minutes to my job - filled up a 20-gallon truck about 3 times a month. So that would put me in a pretty similar situation to yours. I managed, and you can too!
