Um, I wanted to write a post about what's been going on with me lately. How much of it is interesting, that's for you to decide.

-My experiment worked. I was right, more or less, all along.
-I've been helping out another Honors student a lot with her project.
-In about two weeks, I'll be done with college.

This news item proves to me that there is, in fact, a God.

Ooh, what hasn't happened in the past week. Some of it is WAY too personal to write about here, some of it isn't.

- Got accepted to grad school
- Lectured in class, almost as successfully as last time
- Got contingent approval for my study

Oh, and now I'm sleepy, so I'm going back to bed.

Now I can say it and not jinx anything. I am for sure going to SF State's Master's program next year, which is very exciting. It'll be much less exciting when I'm really busy next semester.

But, whatever!

...I'm at work today. There will be no Hippie Hill, no GG Park, no smoking 'til I pass out.

Such is the life of an "adult".

I love grammar because it combines my love of rules and getting to lord my knowledge over other people.

Ha!

The week before spring break, one of my professors suggested that I apply to the M.A. Social Psych program at SFSU. I did. It seems that that's where I'll be going for the next two years ( Read more... )
