Winter sucks!

I hate winter. I hate the snow. I hate the ice. And I especially hate the cold! At least with the snow and ice you know what to expect when you walk out the door. You see it out there and you can dress appropriately. But when it's just cold, you don't know till you're out there what's going on. Do I need a hat and scarf or can I get by with
