At a rough guess, and having read some other spoilers after Pegasus and cain is killed Yeah! Perhaps its Roslin's equivalent of a slow hand clap....or she is making sure she doesn't have to work ...closely....with anyone else

Well that could be interesting too...given what would have to happen first for her to do so
But I was actually refering to something RDM said in the podcast for Home 2....that by leading the slow hand clap Adama was showing his appreciation of Roslin....I just thought the promotion might be her way of returning the compliment
