Ugh, this partisan garbage is really getting on my nerves.  She's highly qualified, okay?  She's a good, basic judge who won't change anything on the court.

I'm excited about what the article says about filling vacancies on the 4th Circuit, though.  Please, please, please

Obama might just do it, too. Judicial appointments seem to be one of the only areas where he has any backbone. At least so I think.

Please, Obama. Don't prove me wrong. Don't trade a strong appellate nomination for some Blue Dog Democrat's promise of support on healthcare which is going to be reneged upon anyway.
