It had almost become overwhelming how many Narnians had come to Cair Paravel to bring small gifts for the baby, and while most were displayed as was proper, Peter couldn't help taking one of the newest arrivals up to their suite.

"Do you think the baby will like this?" he asked Willow as he entered the suite, showing her a small stuffed toy in the shape of a knight, sword and armour shiny but still soft enough to play with.

"It's Alex," Willow said. "He'll adore it. Also? How cute is that little sword? I had no idea there was Playskool's My First Weaponry, but given our lifestyle I must admit it is handy."

"I think a satyr made him actually," Peter said, sitting on the couch next to her. "Err, the doll. Not Alex. In case that was somehow confusing."

"Good," Willow teased. "Because I'd like to think I'd remember a satyr if it was the other way around."
