Willow had been given her own suite near the Pevensie family apartments. On her first full day in Narnia she spent the bulk of her time making her rooms her own. She had changed into Narnia-appropriate clothes and put what few modern clothes she'd brought with her away into drawers. Philbert had a new cage and new toys that Willow had held in

After a day full of catching up on everything he'd missed - and listening to Ed complain about how he'd shouldered a larger load than was fair, Peter was more than ready to have enough of a break to come up to Willow's apartments and make sure she was doing well. He had faith she would, of course, but still.

He tapped softly on the door, not wanting to bother her if she were concentrating.

Willow snapped her laptop shut, ready to shove it under a pillow. "Who is it?"

Apparently all Willow needed to get over her instinctive "Come in" reply was to know that her computer could be in danger. It should surprise no one that she ranked that as a higher concern than a vampire coming in and sucking all the blood from her body.

"It's Peter," he said quietly. "May I come in?"

She went to unlock and open the door. "Hi."
