It is traditional. [Though he's all sang out. That was just embarrassing.]

Though in my day we never did it without something to drink. Parched throats made for poor caroling.

Yeah, it's always good to stay hydrated. You can do some serious damage otherwise.

So do I.

Talking only using songs got kind of annoying, but music is part of my life.

Mine too, man. Being in glee's like, infected me even worse than I was before.

It's ok! Blaine only heard Finn's voice in sectionals, so he doesn't recognize him outandproudboy December 20 2010, 02:32:57 UTC
I was in a Glee club back in Dalton Academy, the Warblers. I was the lead singer.

Neil mentioned that there's one here, but I couldn't find Kurt yet.

And what exactly is "caroling"?

It's where you go from door to door and you sing Christmas songs for people. It's totally awesome and all the cool kids do it. [He can say that here. Nobody knows any better.]

[here's a brief pause, and then a very, very serious tone:]

You hardly sound like a child. And "Christmas songs" would be...?

whatsacliche December 20 2010, 03:38:22 UTC
It's...just an expression, dude. And Christmas songs are like, you know, "O Come All Ye Faithful" and "Jingle Bells" and "Joy to the World" and stuff. Songs people sing for Christmas.

Oh, dude. They have Christmas where you come from, right? [He's a little concerned now.]

Yes. Yes it is.

...Oh.

Well, maybe if I don't sing really loud nobody will shoot me in the face like that other guy wants to.

Perhaps if you do it very quietly and where no one else could possibly hear you. I'm rather tired of music myself.

Kind of defeats the purpose of caroling, though.

I think we need some Christmas special up in here, man.
