INTROSPECTION #1: Progress, not perfection

So, I read a quote several days ago that seemed to put most of my stress and frustration that'd been growing exponentially to rest.

"Progress, not perfection."

It came at the perfect time.  Life was sucking - I wasn't losing weight, I couldn't write, I was failing to concentrate at work, I had made a mistake on a project, I'm not certain what I want
