Will sleeps long and deep, briefly waking throughout the day and night as his body struggles against the fever.

Much later he wakes more fully realizing he's hungry but is too worn to get food so stays in bed, feeling weak and trying to remember what he said to Kate.

There is a James.

A James, who happened to see Will come in and go straight up the stairs before he could say anything last night.

In any case, there is a James by his bedside, looking rightfully worried.

James laughs.

"Not too long ago," he says. "Did you eat anything yet?"

[will_scarlett]

"Eaten a bit throughout the day but ye know what its like when ye're sick, get thrown off. 'rhaps ye could get us some tea an those lovely cakes ye like."

"Sure!" he says. "I'll be right back."

And quickly, he dashes out the door.

Will just smiles while he waits, looking forward to spending time with James again.

It doesn't take him very long to find a waitrat and order a plate of cauldron cakes with tea.

Moments later, James returns, pushing the door open with the weight of his back, while his hands are full.

Will starts to get out of bed to help James and he just smiles even more at the lovely scents,

"Thank ye, James, can ye manage?"

"M'okay!" he reassures Will.

Swiftly, he brings the plate towards the bed once more, making sure not to tip the teacups in any way, lest tea gets splashed across Will's bedspread.

"There. Do you know what happened to the Bar? It's been kind of weird lately."

"Oh aye, they still 'avena got things figured out?"

James shakes his head. He passes one of the cakes towards Will.

"Do you remember what happened?"

[will_scarlett]

"Aye, was right 'fore All 'allow's Eve, Mike an Lady Bar got switched."

Will's quite happy to take the cauldron cake since it tastes really good and he hasn't really been having any sweets yet today.

No sweets today? That's blasphemy!

James grabs one for himself and takes a bite.

"Got switched?" he repeats with his mouth half-full. "How'd that happen?"

[will_scarlett]

"Na idea, but aye body switched an I think na one's been able to find Lady Bar in Mike's body yet."

There is nothing wrong with talking with your mouth full since Will's doing the same, yay cake.

Oh, brothers. Seriously - no manners whatsoever.

"Ohhh." That's actually kind of cool, except the idea in itself is so strange.

"I hope they sort that out soon."

[will_scarlett]

"Sure they will just means lots o'different folks are bartendin'."

[notthatpotter]

"Oh - so that is why I've been seeing all sorts of new people behind the Bar."

He pauses.

"Can I do it, too?"
