*low whistle* Either she works really damn fast, or she's selling herself short. I charged $375 when I did it for a bride in Columbus, and that was in synthetic satin. (Yes, in the red -- my favorite moment EVER from that business was watching her mom's face as she came down the stairs at the final fitting, as all the omg why is my daughter getting married in fire engine red??? flew out the window. *g*) IIRC, the best price I could find on silk (dupioni) would have run her $450. That was at $15/hr for labor.
