Poor Lula! I think it's the final lines of her death scene that nail it. I'm trying to remember the exact words -- something like, "But I liked you" -- where she's not even begging for her life, she's just trying to figure out WHY someone would kill her when she'd been a nice person.

Oh, and the "That was really loud!" chick was still shaking (and giggling) all the way down the stairs to the next scene. You definitely achieved a lasting gotcha moment there. :-)
