This was perfect. :)

As always, I'm so impressed by the historical details that went into this. I know the effort you expend researching, and it's totally worth it. It feels right, and at the same time all the characters feel right too. You make it look way easier than it actually is.

I admit, I was always curious about childbirth in an era when laundry was a multiple-day undertaking. I had never heard that midwives actually had portable cots they used for delivery until I started this fic. Though their mobility probably wasn't what we would consider mobile now.

Yeah, I was curious about that as well. It makes a lot of sense, though, and I wonder when that idea came about. I foresee more research on this topic. ;)

This was great!

I really love this AU, and everytime I see a new fic for it, I'm so happy! I love that you brought Peter in as Laura's replacement. I love that Marcus and Kate have a baby girl. I love that Elizabeth and John talked about having a family of their own. I loved everything in this fic!
