When the adrenaline kicks in after an "incident" you just move on instinct. Then the crash.
As we say in my family, poor baby! For both of you! I crashed on my bike (not saying that is what happened!) two years ago and spent some time in the ER...not fun at all. My hand still pains me when it's very cold out.
I almost used my "ow" icon but decided hugs were better. And I send lots of ::hugs:: to both of you. Do eat, though. Your body needs fuel after nearly fainting, as I'm sure you know. Anyway, more ::hugs::
I did, finally. I don't know why it took so long for my appetite to come back! But I just ate a lot of veggies with blue cheese dip for dinner, so that's pretty good for a quick little "snacky" dinner.
