I figure I'm gonna have to actually go and see the upcoming new Halloween 2 movie, despite all; I know the fellow who's doing the soundtrack (as "Captain Clegg & the Night Creatures") personally.

Although I have to say that the times I've met Jesse he's floating on bourbon so I'm not all that sure he'd remember ME (and he's not a little guy, like Dale, who can apparently drink tequila all night long and never show any signs!).

Ah i know what you mean. I used to hang out with the band members from Indigenous but yeah, that was 15 years ago and somehow I get the impression it was more memorable for me

Sugar has a high glycemic index, so it spikes the blood sugar. Ironically, they've discovered that artificial sweeteners also spike blood sugar, so what're ya gonna do? Stevia? Does that spike blood sugar? I don't KNOW!

I need to eat more fresh fruits and veggies, but I figure a doughnut or a muffin once in a while won't kill me. Probably. :-/

Well, it didn't do anything to the scale this morning, so I'm probably okay. *g* I was just HUNGRY all day yesterday! (And I didn't eat that well, either.)
