On Sunday I volunteered to assist one of our agents in passing out promotional stuff at the Pride Festival at Indian School Steele Park. It’s a pretty park. Yep!

There was some other good stuff about recycling aluminum, including the fact it's one thing that can be recycled indefinitely. I had to write down the thing about the three hours of television, since at least I now know I'm doing something good to lessen my carbon footprint!

I've been at "about this weight" for several years now; I keep waiting for the plateau to break... This morning I tried to put on my blue suit and it was too tight -- argh! I know I was wearing that not too long ago. I think I'm getting lumpy...

For a while I kept a small notebook and pencil by my bedside and scrawled down the "brilliant thoughts" I would have at 2am without even turning on the lights. None of them were actually brilliant, but many of them weren't half bad -- at least they often helped me to get started in the middle instead of at the beginning, if that makes any sense.

Yeah, I've been working on these last 5-10 pounds, too -- not quite as hard as possible, but harder than before! And still no results...At least I'm not gaining right now :] .

Yeah, I was always told to do that but have never gotten the hang of it...

I really should just knuckle down and keep the food diary again. I just fall out of the habit. I wish I'd gotten it all off BEFORE I turned 40.
