Yer words, man. Ya made it sound like it's more of a duty of yers to try and be my friend. ...Look, I ain't stupid. I know I can be a handful to keep up with sometimes. Everybody knows that. And Kuranosuke knows that fact prolly best of all. More than you prolly ever will. Hell, I was givin' him trouble before I even started goin' to Shitenhouji myself. And it *was* his duty of sorts to look after me when he was my captain. He kept doin' it too even after he'd graduated and didn't haveta anymore. ...He never complained 'bout it or acted like it took too much effort, though. Even in my younger years, when I was a whole lot worse and didn't have no patience. It's just what he did as a friend and brother to me.
