As for Jeong Jeong -- while Iroh obviously has a lot of sympathy for what Zuko's gone through this summer and how conflicted he must feel, JJ is himself so wholly focused on What Needs To Be Done in the largest possible sense that it's difficult for him to even understand what Zuko's problem is. It's not obvious to him that there could BE a reason for refusing to go back to the Fire Nation other than cowardice -- that Zuko might genuinely think that he's needed elsewhere, or that his own role in world politics isn't important enough that anyone would miss him.
Oh, Zuko, INDEED. :|

Two things that really got me: Zuko Firebending while in bed with Jet in the end, and this line: Such a small thing, really, but wasn't that how lives were built? A long chain of small things all strung together, each flowing into the next.
