Is it in any part governed by the ammount of daylight we're getting? I know a lot of peole with the february blues. Myself included: but the days are getting slightly longer day by day.
I'm really hoping things get a little better for you. I know what it's like to not give a shit about food, but do try and eat something cause it'll actually maybe help your brain to work better! When I'm not interested in eating I try and put stuff in my mouth that is smooth and moist doesn't have to be chewed much, like pudding, yogurt, milk shakes (can have a lot of calories and energy in them/nutrients), and even oatmeal (I love the instant kind), or kraft dinner (those quick KDs in the cup are easy because they only take 3 mins in the microwave and aren't an overwhelming portion size for those of us with little interest in eating, and/or shrunken tummies)
Good luck, and ((hugs)) to you.
